Playlist Time!

A while back I wrote a post on what I like to listen to when I need to get focused and do werk.  Lately I've really been getting into Spotify playlists and I wanted to share!  Here's my playlist, so take a listen and let me know if it works.  Any and all additions are welcome, so share what helps you and we'll add to the list.

For When You Need to Get Shit DONE.

Don't you have a playlist for everything?  Like, as Spotify told me yesterday, the top ten songs that make you cry?  I have one for when I need to FOCUS and get my homework done (I'm graduating in May and need to finish my thesis...so this list comes out a lot).  Here are my top songs that make me think I'm a bad bitch who can make it happen.

Obv.  Three listens of this and I'm ready to bust out some work.  So cheesy. But so effective.

Glory

This is actually way more fantastic than I expected it to be.  Jay-Z posted a song he has written for his new daughter, "the child of destiny."  It's a really precious song with lots of happiness and emotion.  Plus there's a sound bite of little Blue crying.  Click here to listen to the song.
